For People

We’re all about people. From the people who grow the ingredients for our drinks to the people who buy our sodas. That’s why we pay a fair price for our ingredients and give 1% of revenue back to the good people growing kola nuts for our Karma Cola to make sure, like our drinks, the good Karma keeps on flow

Trade, not aid.

From the very beginning, this guiding principle has shaped Karma Drinks. Our founders set out not just to create great tasting drinks, but to create change and source ingredients ethically… at a fair price. When you see the Fairtrade mark on our drinks, you can trust that we’re protecting workers’ rights, promoting safer working conditions, and ensuring fair pay for farmers. Fairtrade empowers producers directly: communities democratically decide how to invest the Fairtrade Premium, using these funds for everything from schools and health clinics to infrastructure improvements.

At Karma Drinks, wearing the Fairtrade badge on our products signals more than compliance—it represents our pledge to benefit the individuals and communities growing our ingredients. Much like the Karma Foundation, the Fairtrade Foundation ensures that empowerment and local agency guide how resources are used and reinvested. Karma supports Fairtrade farmers by paying a premium for around 90 tonnes of Fairtrade ingredients annually, including our organic cane sugar.
