Organic Lemon juice concentrade, from sun drenched Sicilan lemons
Fairtrade, Organic Vanilla Pods from the rainforest of Sri Lanka
Essential Oil of Nutmeg
Coriander Oil for a sharper note
Cinnamon bark, also from the rainforest, pressed for it's oil
Malted Organic Barley, raosted for it's rich flavour and inky colour
The zest of our famous Sicilian lemons
Yet more zest from tangy oranges
And finally lime, to add a citrusy note and astringent finish

The first taste was a 4* for me but I’ve grown accustomed to it and now prefer the less sweet taste compared to the bigger brands. It tastes so much better knowing that the people behind it are treated fairly and it is produced ethically.
